guest house goettingen was above and beyond our previous stay. the manager was helpful and knowledgeable. the rooms were spotless, beds comfy, and the bathroom modern. plenty of amenities nearby and direct buses to all attractions.
Subway journey required to city center.

Travelling alone, I loved the friendly staff and their helpfulness. The guesthouse was spotless, quiet, and had great amenities like a washing machine. The double room with a balcony was comfortable, providing the perfect space for relaxation.
Felt right at home, couldn't find a single reason to complain.

The room was absolutely amazing - it was huge, modern, and incredibly comfy. The bed gave us a mind-blowing night's sleep! The owners were beyond friendly and accommodating, letting us drop our bags early and even doing our laundry. The location was a bit outside the city center, but super close to a jaw-dropping lit-up castle during cherry blossom season. a super experience!

We got great value for our money at Guest House Goettingen. The room was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions, like Nijo Castle. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and even helped us with our laundry. a fantastic experience.
The morning meal could have been improved with more variety.

The location was ideal, with convenient access to public transportation and a quiet street filled with shops and restaurants just around the corner. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with valuable tips and recommendations. the common kitchen was well-equipped and the simple breakfast provided a great start to our days.
Slightly away from the popular attractions, but still manageable with a 30-minute to an hour walk or by taking the train. there were at times delays in using the washing machine due to other guests blocking it for extended periods.
